Meditation in Motion is a calm, flowing practice inspired by Aikido’s body movements to cultivate balance, awareness, and peace of mind.
Each class blends breath, posture, and rhythmic movement, allowing participants to release tension and reconnect with their center.
Unlike traditional fitness routines, Meditation in Motion focuses on mindful flow rather than physical intensity. The result is a meditative experience that strengthens the body, steadies the mind, and uplifts the spirit.
Each one-hour session includes:
Centering & Breathing – quiet preparation to focus energy (ki).
Aiki Taiso (Aikido Exercises) – gentle warm-ups that open the joints and align posture.
Aikido-inspired Movements – flowing forms that develop coordination and inner stillness.
Kikō (Qigong-style Energy Work) – mindful breathing and movement to harmonize the body’s rhythm.
Closing Meditation – standing or seated reflection to carry calm into daily life.
No experience is required — just comfortable clothing and an open spirit.
